The Band won best High School Marching Band and Fan Favorite in the Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade. They were selected for this honor out of over 140 marching units, and it is their third year in a row earning both of these honors. Drum Majors Jasmine Trigueros and April Corona attended the Parade Awards ceremony last Saturday and accepted the plaques on the Band’s behalf. Congratulations, Band!

Junior Anthony Iannotti has been named the West Haven Public Schools Athlete of the Week following a standout performance in the Blue Devils’ 8 to 7 win over Montville. Wearing #22, Anthony was a force on the field, netting 3 goals and adding 2 assists to help lead the team to victory. Congratulations Anthony!
The Girls tennis team earned their first win against East Haven on Monday. West Haven won all seven matches played. The team was led by senior captains Sophie Mazuroski, Niamh Chesson and Michelle Ceja.
Senior prom tickets are on sale from now until Friday. You can buy them before school and during homeroom in the Library for $65 cash only. You must have a signed behavior contract and ID to purchase a ticket. There will be NO LATE SALES, so make sure you get your ticket by Friday.
