The strength training class teaches students how to warm up effectively and perform many different exercises to improve their strength, mobility and athleticism.
They learn how to correctly bench press, squat and deadlift. They progress through many different movements and differentiate the exercises based on the prior knowledge of the student or limitations they may have. The class is for beginners to advanced weight lifters. The students learn to plan workouts and track their progress.
The class is not an open gym type class. The students are expected to perform a workout and participate every day.
