Today we have congratulations for this week’s West Haven Public School’s athletes of the week. First is junior Amiyah Jones, who is one of the captains of the girls varsity soccer team. She scored two goals in the team’s game last Wednesday against Foran. Also being named Athlete of the Week is Mason Wright, the sophomore quarterback for the varsity football team. Mason helped lead the Blue Devils to a 30 to 6 victory over Manchester in their season opener.
