Autumn’s Breeze

The bracing air brings Autumn’s breeze

And shivers through my shaking bones

Again the ground will coat with leaves

The icy sting that whines and groans

Streaming through the sky

My wind-whipped face that blushes so

Is reddened by the flash of joy

A stunning shock, my heart plateaus

The army in my soul deploys

Yet another word

My soul is pulled into your eyes

It struggles while its thrashed around

My sorrow starts to quickly die

Your beauty caused my woe to drown

Which whirls down the drain.
