Members of the debate team won special recognition at a recent tournament at Yale. One of the debate topics was whether or not Tweed Airport in New Haven should be expanded. Adam Chouiki got 2nd place in the impromptu award category. Iqra Alam won third place in the novice speaker category. Spogmai Hadi and Iqra Alam won first place in the novice team awards. And Lauren Paulemon won third place in the varsity team awards. Congratulations to you all!
