A total of 1,237 students voted in the mock election earlier this month–that’s almost a 70 percent turnout. Here is how our students ranked the six most pressing issues facing the city of West Haven: 1. Public safety; 2. City Finances; 3. Economic Development; 4. Education; 5. Infrastructure; and 6. Shoreline Preservation.
