State Commissioner Ronnell Higgins spoke to our school’s Criminal Justice Cohort on March 14th in the new lecture hall. A few days ago he was interviewed by Dennis House on “This Week in Connecticut,” and he briefly mentions his visit to our school. We’ll play that clip today.
